We’re back from a quick trip to New York where we rocked TORCHES ON THE HUDSON. Big shout out to Felix from Moodswing 360 for opening up for us, our old homie DJ LA (ironically from Florida), Aaron (the new Moodswing intern) and DJCJ from NYC plus everyone else that came through to show us love! We had a great time and can’t wait to come back. Upstate New York is beautiful in the summer…..who knew?

This week we’ll be at Infusion Lounge on Wednesday (7/7) and Harlot on Saturday (7/10), both in San Francisco.

We had an amazing weekend in Oklahoma City DJing at City Walk with DJ Mark Marino. That club was NUTZZZZZZZZZZ!!!! 7 different rooms from Country, to Karaoke…back to House and Hip Hop. It was great to work in a club that brought so many different kinds of people together under one roof. Can’t wait to go back….looks like sometime in Sept!!!

Last week we released our official remix of “OVER” by Drake. The response has been overwhelmingly positive and we’re thrilled that so many DJs and music lovers are diggin’ the sound. Just in case you haven’t heard it yet, you can listen by visiting our SoundCloud page ((CLICK HERE))

We’ve also just released a remix of yet another DISNEY CLASSIC!!!!!!!!! No one can deny Ariel (the little mermaid) is super bangin’…..I’d totally fuck her fins off!!! Anyway…after an amazing response to the Aladdin remix we made last year, we’ve decided to remix “PART OF YOUR WORLD” by Ariel. It’s kind booty bass soundin’ and a perfect song to play for yo little baby. It’s available now for purchase at: www.crooklynclan.net

Other than that…we’re in the studio working on a very exciting remix project for someone making a lot of noise in the music industry right now…..don’t wanna spill the beans just yet but the music we’re making is sounding mighty sweet (if I do say so myself….which, I guess I just did)!!!

Also….gotta say thanks to Bruno down at the Ivy Nightclub in San Diego for bringing us in for another incredible night on the rooftop at the Andaz hotel. Probably one of my favorite gigs in a while. San Diego is THE SHIT! Hope to be back soon.

This week we’re kicking things off at Infusion Lounge on Wednesday night….if you don’t know about this weekly party, you’ve been either living under a rock or have more important things in your life….hmmmmm, let’s move on. Anyway, after that we head to Vegas on Friday night for our first night at the all new CROWN NIGHTCLUB inside the RIO. We’ll be joined by two of the stars from IRON MAN 2 (Anya Monzikova & Jasmine Dustin)….so please come and party…if not for us…do it for the hot babes from the movie!! HAHA! Saturday night we have the WEST COAST ON LOCK!! Guzie will be holding down his residency at SLIDE in San Francisco and I’ll be up in Seattle at REPUBLIQ filling in for our homeboy DJ RISK ONE. All in all…a great week ahead….PLUS……drum roll……..NEW MUSIC on the way from Scientists Lab!!

We’re back from our second trip out east in less than two weeks….We had so many great shows….fucking amazing clubs and met lots of great people! THANK YOU to everyone who came out and showed us love at SHRINE and SUITE. What a crazy weekend. Here are some pics:

We just got back from five days on the road starting in South Florida and ending up in Providence RI. Our first show was at Dr. Feelgoods. It’s is a huge rock bar/nightclub owned by Motley Crue’s Vince Neil in West Palm Beach FL. The show went well and we had some special guests in attendance including Vince Neil himself and, lot’s of family and friends from South Florida. Always makes it a special night when you’re rocking out with your homies. Big shout out to Brian who’s not only one of the resident DJs at Feelgoods but also showed us around town a little bit and provided all the equipment for our performance, not to mention set it up and broke it down! Thanks brotha!! ((JR we missed you buddy!!!))

The next day we spent 4 hours driving to Tampa where we performed at Push Ultra Lounge. We did a quick sound check around 6pm and the club was already full of people attending a fashion show. If the club is jumpin’ at 6pm…it’s gonna be a good night!! This club obviously CRUSHES it’s competition, with 3 levels including a Mexican restaurant with live bands, the actual nightclub, and an upstairs rooftop patio which overlooks the city. Amazing sound and lighting system and another great resident DJ, Mr. Kevin Westmoreland. Place was PACKED and we rocked out until 3am. Shout out to Jimmy, Matt and Kevin for making that night happen….hope to come back soon!!

Jumped on a plane the next morning and headed north to Providence RI, where we’d be spending the next two nights. Big shout out to 4zero1.com, DJ Lord Fresh (of course his girl Christina….though her jokes were not really on point this trip) and Joe T for blowing us up and making both shows crazy fun! Also a big thanks to DJ Screwloose for providing his equipment and setting everything up for our shows. Hope to see you all next week at SHRINE!!

Our final night was spent at Forbidden City, also in Providence. This spot is the size of a large living room and popped off around midnight!! It was like doing a crazy house party!! Only problem was that they shut down at 1am

All in all, a great trip…Guzie and I did more INSANITY workouts….so watch out people….THE SCIENTISTS are gonna have ROCK HARD ABS and ROCK HARD BEATS!!!! We had a good time in Newport RI hanging out at the Beach club and checking out the Cliff Walk. Anybody ever been there and seen those houses? Holy shit….We’re talking 70 bedroom houses….who needs that? We’re home safe…and ready to go back…WHAT???? BACK???? Yup…two days home them right back to the East Coast!!!
